A: When you configure a self‑hosted MySQL server in the app’s settings, every change you make—new clients, edited fields, attached files—is instantly uploaded to the server. The same process runs in reverse, pulling the latest data to each device that is linked to that server. This continuous two‑way sync protects you against data loss if a device is misplaced or fails.

Q: Is my data safe and compliant with EU‑GDPR regulations?

A: Yes. The app includes built‑in GDPR tools such as consent flags, data‑export capabilities, and easy deletion of individual records. All data is stored locally on the device in an encrypted SQLite database and, when you sync, it travels over TLS‑encrypted connections to your MySQL server. You remain in full control of where the data lives.

Q: Can I use the app on multiple phones or tablets at the same time?
